I absolutely am impressed with this product. I've always used the usual paddle stick and wax or the strips. It was my very first time using a roll on. I read the instructions carefully and attempted my first strip and it was a success. I did find that I had to re-heat the cartridge more than once (10 seconds first, then 2 seconds at a time as instructed), as the wax wouldn't roll out properly or seemed that it was hardened. I waited until it was a bit liquidy when i reheated it, as you can see through the bottle. Its best to test it out first by rolling it out on a strip. I've learnt that I have to practice more with the waxing. I started out on my legs and it was both a success on both legs! It is always easy to wash away any residue with water. I loved this product. It would be nice if it came in a bigger bottle.Other than that, I would definitely be repurchasing this product.
