This formulation uses 100% pure Moroccan Argan Seed Oil extracted through a cold pressing that preserves the integrity of the oil's fatty acids vitamins phenols (including caffeic acid) and carotenes. Great for it’s price (a standard from The Ordinary)

I bought this primarily for my hair, as I’ve developed a sensitive scalp lately and thought maybe a simple oil would be helpful (along with keeping my ends hydrated). It didn’t help unfortunately, but I did end up using it as a body oil, and it’s been very hydrating. Good for massage also. Best used at nighttime or diluted into a moisturiser as it’s quite a heavy oil and has an odd (maybe slightly unpleasant) smell which I had to get used to. The Ordinary has a great ethos and it’s certainly a more ethical purchase and definitely cheaper than other products with the same ingredients. Would repurchase.
