Using the Foundation Brush, apply an even layer of Rich Liquid all over the face, starting from the centre of the face, blending outwards. A pea sized amount of foundation is all you need, as a little goes a long way. For a fuller coverage, set Rich Liquid Foundation with Powder Foundation.
