Slow to heat
Very disappointed with the product. Takes approximately two hours To melt the wax and even then not fully melted. Definitely would not buy another

Like a professional
Recently purchased this wax pot and found it an excellent product. Fast to heat wax (approx 5-8 minutes) Easy to use, clear instructions. Base keeps coming off but that does not effect the overall performance of pot. RY has quality products that make me feel like I am a professional when I use them.
